So all the other 720p encodes from the net have wrong AR (1280 / 528 = 2,424).

Not that it matters so much but before bitching about my "weird" AR do the right maths. If 99% of people do it differently doesn't always mean that the 1% do it wrong.

One more thing. The very early "BDRips & BRRips" were encoded (re-coded LOL) from R5, a telecine (fake BD) russian pre-release (1H 40mn 48s).
